Designer II

A key role in the architectural process, the designer will be expected to complete tasks and objectives given from a supervisor in a diligent and efficient manner. These tasks include, but are not limited to drafting, quality assurance, design collaboration, site visits, and project organization. The designer should be able to effectively showcase and communicate their concepts and ideas to their peers and potential clients. Additionally, the designer should act independently to tackle objectives while simultaneously recognizing when to involve other members of the team. Resiliency, determination, and leadership skills are preferred, if not, expected.

o   5+ Years of Relevant Experience with a degree in Design or Architecture

o   Knowledgeable in 2D CAD Programs (AutoCAD or equivalent)

o   Knowledgeable in 3D CAD Programs (Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhinoceros, ArchiCAD, etc.)

o   Efficient with Adobe Creative Suite Programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

o Efficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
