Our team strives to move projects toward a high level of design that is both responsive to its site and context, and maintains a modern-day design language. Our clients are our partners in delivering exceptional projects, and include local governments, institutions, schools, non-profits, and local businesses.
Gregory Tsark, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP — Principal Architect
Greg received his degree in architecture from Tulane University in 2000. From 2005 until 2016, he was the University Architect for Florida Institute of Technology where he directed infrastructure planning, and provided institutional representation for major campus developments and capital improvements. He founded Tsark Architecture with a dedication to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and competence in both his business practices and the rigorous demands of creating high quality work.
Jill Grosskreutz — Business Manager
Jill has over 26 years of experience in Business Administration. She received her Bachelor’s degrees in both Business Administration and Economics with Finance Emphasis from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point in December 1995. She has experience in business management, real estate, finance, data analysis, and management reporting. Jill is a Notary Public - State of Florida.
Shad Traylor, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C — Senior Architect
Beginning a new chapter in his 34 year career, Shad leads as Senior Architect at Tsark Architecture. In addition to receiving his Bachelor of Architecture degree at Kansas State University, Shad also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and Arts Management and Leadership from Webster University. Shad is currently a Registered Architect in ten states, offering an extensive knowledge of the profession as well as adding a determined spirit to our team.
Chris Rhoden, Assoc. AIA — Senior Project Manager
Chris began his 38 year career as a Junior Draftsman, working his way up through the ranks to become a Senior Project Manager. Chris learned the business through hands-on, real-world experience. Chris’ broad experience gained over his career includes the design of over 20 fire stations in Brevard County, Police Department headquarters and at least a dozen Churches and other religious facilities. Chris also brings his extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Healthcare Architecture. Chris has been an active member in the American Institute of Architects, being elected to three terms as Associate Director for the Space Coast Chapter. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors for AIA Space Coast.
Christoph Weiss — Architectural Designer
Christoph received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from The Savannah College of Art and Design and started his career in 2004 as an intern architect. Since then he has gained experience in multiple facets of the industry, and worked for several years with a Structural Engineer. He brings well-rounded experience and practical design sensibilities to our firm, and is ready to handle any challenges that your project may present.
Luke Larson — Architectural Designer
Luke is part of the production staff at Tsark Architecture. He received his master’s degree in Architecture and Community Design from the University of South Florida in 2017. Luke has expanded his project experience across multiple sectors while at Tsark, including but not limited to design-build, institutional, K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, local municipality and government work. His knowledge in production management drives efficiency and his client-focused approach promotes long term relationships with our clients.
Amber Albury — Architectural Designer
Amber earned her accredited Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University in 2022. With a passionate dedication to sustainability and urban growth, Amber brings a unique perspective to every project she undertakes. Her ambition and enthusiasm drive her mission to create innovative, eco-friendly designs that harmonize with the urban landscape, leaving a lasting impact on communities and the environment alike.
